These terms of service (the “Terms”) as amended from time to time govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you (the “User”, or collectively “Users”) and SAME JOY TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”) and set forth the terms and conditions by which you may access and use the Application from makefilm.ai (the “Site”) and our related services, products, and content (collectively, the “Services”). For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” mean you as the user of the Services. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please take time to read them carefully.

Conduct Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Accessing and using the Services not complying with these Terms;

Attempting to decipher, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create any derivative works based on the Services, including any files, tables, or documentation (or any portion thereof) or determining or attempting to determine any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques embodied by the Services or any derivative works thereof;
  3. Removing any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, slogan, logo, image, or other proprietary notation displayed on or through the Services;
  4. Distributing, licensing, transferring, or selling, in whole or in part, any of the Services or any derivative works thereof;
  5. Marketing, renting, or leasing the Services for a fee or charge, or using the Services to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation;
  6. Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Application and Services, disrupting the website or any networks connected to the Services, or bypassing any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
  7. Using this Application or the technical infrastructure in an abusive, excessive, or otherwise inappropriate way (e.g., for spamming purposes);
  8. Incorporating the Services or any portion thereof into any other program or product;
  9. Impersonating any person or entity or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation;
  10. Using automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services;
  11. Using the Services to upload, transmit, distribute, store, or otherwise make available files containing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
  12. Using the Services in a manner that violates or infringes on someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;
  13. Using the Services to bully, harass, intimidate, or defame other users;
